Ryan’s approach to Encore is built on twin pillars of commercial real estate expertise and a long history in banking. His diverse professional experience now allows him to excel in pro-deal making alternatives and strategies aimed at achieving buyers’ and sellers’ common goal of closing, all while advising clients on aspects of commercial transactions that extend far beyond the sales process.
Alongside the other Managing Partners of Encore REIS, Ryan Vinco has led a team of seasoned investment professionals to close on $5 billion worth of real estate transactions nationwide. Some of the company’s recently closed transactions include corporate powerhouses such as Starbucks , Rite Aid, Domino’s, CVS, Walgreens, PetSmart, and Sherwin Williams.
Within the first six months of Encore’s founding, the real estate investment brokerage firm had already produced 90 closings totaling over $225 million. The firm has particularly established its footprint within the multi-tenant retail sector, having closed Sixteen shopping centers in the $3-$12 million range during that same period.

Ryan Vinco has been a commercial real estate lender since 2000. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and later received his Master’s Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Walsh College. He has worked in various capacities in the lending area for various regional and national banks.
Ryan eventually distilled his core interests in the sales aspect of real estate banking. He worked at Marcus & Millichap, the largest national commercial real estate brokerage firm, before co-founding Encore Real Estate Investment Services in 2017. Now he utilizes his role not only to execute transactions on behalf of high-profile clients within the industry, but also to train employees and further grow the firm.
In addition to his work with Encore Real Estate Investment Services, Ryan Vinco is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers. He regularly attends local and regional industry events, and views them as one-of-a-kind opportunities to develop your business at a high level and strategically grow your pipeline — if you’re willing to put in the work to make it happen.
